Introduction
All businesses on the web pretty much have the same components. You may select different business models to follow but they all involve the same components - Research, Creation, Monetization, Promotion. The following is from our ebook on how to build an internet business. Enjoy!

Everyone I meet is in awe when I tell them I work from home. Of course they automatically assume I have an eBay store.
That’s the power of advertising. eBay is the “brand” most recognized and associated with online selling.
If you start to explain and tell them no, I have regular stores on the web or that I sell information products, they just look at you with blank stares. Selling online is still somewhat of a mystery for some people.
That’s ok – I don’t need them to understand – just go to my stores and BUY!
So, I’m guessing you want to join the rest of us who enjoy getting those blanks stares from family and friends!
Good
I have to warn you, there will be days you will wonder why you are doing it and days where you will ask yourself why you didn’t do it sooner.
In the beginning there will be more of those “wondering” days but don’t get discouraged.
This guide is all about planning so you don’t get discouraged.

Entities Well, I re-read the passage and somehow missed the "not." One thing of importance here is that, though which entity a person sets up is immaterial with regard to the content here, it is something a lot of people leave out altogether. I, for one, have started the process but have not had the funds to complete the formation of my LLC. I may very soon have to return to employment so some of these things can be done. You having mentioned it anyway, have given me the idea to set that memorial page aside for Jim. It will feature the landing page of his website as it was when I found it in 2004 - thanks to the Way-Back-Machine! It is there in its glory as a pre-Web 2.0 site. Because it is older and the resolution was less, it will fit nicely inside one of my pages with all the buttons, etc. The buttons on the old site will not be active. This will be all for comments for one day - I've "flooded" you with a lot already. |

Forgot the Checkmark for "Terms of Usage." So you don't get confused with my post, I had written an earlier one and the one now up was a follow-up on that one. So you get it in context I will include it here and this time not forget to check the Terms of Usage box. ~~~ You are the first person in six years that mentions entities in the process of getting a business up and running since the person who got me started in the concept of Internet marketing in the summer of 2004. I'd give anything to meet the fellow who helped me on my way - James Capobianco who had the website, cap-tech.com. It went down near the end of 2005 due to his wife contracting Alzheimer's. His wife was a dedicated school teacher. Jim's website was about starting a home business the right way. He became my first mentor and I would like to put a special page up for him and Cap-Tech on Saturweek. There will be no promoting on it - just a memorial. Without 'ol Jim, I'd never found Sam, you or EDIS. This website looks very promising and would consider including a link to it from the EDIS area of Saturweek. V5 on the content I've read so far Debbie! |
